Nay, I added curry and a lil extra tumeric to the flour to give it the colour and a little bit of a kick!

Oh I'm not saying it can't be done with corn, just saying if oc hasn't yet had beef patties, then it's a shame and they're missing out.

Not shaming the masa, I love corn in all its forms
