I'm not judging you but who else thinks Tabasco is the worst sauce ever? I'm open to a lot of spice sauces but Tabasco is on my worst of the worst list.

I tell people to think of Tabasco as a seasoning rather than as a sauce. Its high acidity makes it ideal for a light sprinkling over fried and/or fatty foods. All the flavors between the fats and the acid will open up like crazy. It also brings in a light sweetness from the aged peppers. Try some on your favorite fried chicken, start with one drop. If you pour it all over your food, it will not taste better, but try it this way.

My goto sauce for for fried chicken is Texas Pete! It's not good on much else but for fried chicken it's the heat! No pun intended!

I don't think Tobasco is the perfect sauce, it's just perfect when you want something spicy or when you need to make another sauce spicier.
And so South Tobasco lay in the refrigerator alone ^-^ and therefore ended up on the table.
How do you like my breakfast?

Try tabasco chipotle if you get a chance! I 100% agree with you on the OG, but chipotle is my go-to table hot sauce.

I love chipotle based sauces. They are great for fish tacos! I'll have to give it a try.
Thanks for the suggestion!
