Do you think the cookies would be good without egg? I am craving cookies without eggs and find baking hard to get away from eggs! p.s. allergic to eggs! :)

There’s a lot of egg substitute’s I’ve used unsweetened applesauce in a few of my recipes and I couldn’t tell a difference. You can look it up on Google but I use egg replacer mix and I find it to work very well.
