To add to the Filter Feeders point, lobster used to be extremely plentiful in certain areas, but it doesn't keep very long. With advancements in modern refrigeration and transportation, getting lobster to places you normally wouldn't find it is more accessible, but also more expensive.

Haha, I thought about cutting it in half just to do the Gordon Ramsey reveal of doneness, but it looked so pretty as it was.

It was just me and my youngest daughter tonight and I asked her what she wanted for dinner. She said a cheeseburger and a milk shake. So I bought her that and then stopped at the store to buy my dinner.
