Beautiful texture/consistency, just the way I would like a risotto. Love the sage leaves (after I'd started eating and messed up the presentation I would probably ask for some extra cheese and sage, because delicious)

I can tell this is beautifully executed. Risotto is firm but still has the right glisten and creamy texture. 10/10
