Of all the problems facing our country…Global warming, nuclear war, hunger, inflation, border security, global pandemic diseases, authoritarian governments, the economy…none are more pressing, or more important, than the heatless jalapeño crisis. Cooking jalapeños tends to mellow them out a bit, but I'm sure they still have a bite.
