Love adding chilli to my 8 cheese mix* I use for mac n cheese gives it a nice lil pep to flavour.

  • Gouda, Emmental, Monteray Jack, Edam, Mozzarella & West Country Cheddar & a Vintage G5. (Basically 2 bags of Morrisons 200g grated cheese😉, a fiery 4 cheese & four cheese + my own G5) ** Great on Pizza. too 😁
