This seems eh, the best part of goyza is biting a little bit off and filling with sauce. The proportions of this just seem off/difficult to eat with chopsticks. Maybe I just don’t get it.

That’s exactly how I like to eat gyoza….these may be good but don’t look appealing to me

I thought it was the way everyone ate it, been eating it this way since my buddy from Hong Kong taught me I was doing things wrong.
