Why was it mad?

That’s just what the menu said. It did come out sizzling like mad and then they poured the curry sauce in it and it made even more noise. It was also spicy. Honestly it made me super happy so I don’t know why they call it that.

Not a big lobster guy myself, but I’d be lying if I said it didn’t look appetizing. Looks like money well spent glad you enjoyed it.

That’s the sauce sort of caramelized because the pan was so hot. You can see some noodles under there if you zoom in.

Ohh I gotcha, I can see the curry texture to it now. I believe you about the noodles😂 I've never seen a pad Thai with a coconut or creamy type sauce! That's fun presentation too.

It was definitely different from any I have had. I got it at Morimoto Asia in Napa, CA.
