Ingredients: 4 pcs ripe bananas (mashed), 1 egg, 1/2 cup oil, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 1/2 cup ap flour, 1/2 chp sugar, 1 tsp baking soda (or 3 tsp baking powder), 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 cup semi sweet choc chips

Directions: (I doubled the recipe and was able to make 2 ceramic pans of banana choc chip loaves)

  1. Preheat oven to 330F.
  2. Combine everything in order until fully incorporated.
  3. Place in baking pan lined with parchment paper for easy clean up. Top with few choc chips on top before baking
  4. Bake for 50mins or a bit longer.

2 questions. Can i just use self rising flower instead of the ap flour and baking soda?

When you say oil you mean canola?

Hi, I think self rising flour would be a good alternative to ap flour and baking soda! Canola oil or vegetable oil are both fine😊
