2 tsp. Garlic, minced 2 cups spinach, chopped 1 cup chicken stock 1 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp. Butter 2 tbsp. Flour

Fry garlic in a pan, add chicken broth and cream and bring to a boil. In a small pot, melt butter, then add flour and whisk until thick. Add flour mixture to boiling sauce and stir until desired consistency is achieved, seasoning to taste. Remove from heat and add the spinach.
