Thanks! Plating and presentation is always my downfall so I know I have work to do to make it look like a proper French omelette, but I was happy with how it tasted for sure

Looks great. I struggle with it too. I’m down to doing omelets without a spoon or spatula, just flip the pan.

Too much filling to be able to get the fold right, and I’m not happy with the curds I achieved. Happy with the (lack of) colour though, and level the eggs were cooked to
