Thanks! It's jalapenos on the bottom, and cheese between the patties. The top and bottom you're presumably seeing is the sauce!

Lovely looking burger! My mouth is watering. I’d have to take off those lovely jalapeños though. I just can’t do them anymore much to my sorrow.
