Are you sure it's your education system? It certainly isn't mine -- Chichewa was never mentioned in my schools, and the dates look alien to me.

The 100s in the first column are the possible points received in each subject. The second column has how many the student actually got.

The dates look perfectly normal to me, they're in dd/mm/yy format. Term opened April 29, 2019, term closed July 26, 2019.
