Your package is probably on a 747-400. Westbound cargo flights out of China often stop in Almaty, Kazakhstan for gas. After that, however, it gets a little wonky -- there is no way it's flying direct from Kazakhstan. I would guess if it's on DHL it's transiting through Leipzig, Germany first.
