No actually. This is just the first time it did this for scam numbers. I thought it was funny bc of the irony.

Well, congratulations, not using your phone number anywhere online where it can be trolled up and sold to spammers, until recently.

Actually I still get a ton of scam calls just this one my phone recognized, which is sad

Well, I suppose someone has to get called first, so they can get reported for the rest of us.

Thanks for taking all those bullets for us all these years then.

So, was the funny part that you finally got one that was already reported? (Just trying to find the funny.)

Exactly! It's crazy. And their voicmails are the same voice but a different name. This is just the first time it came up with this name lol

I haven't been spammed with scam calls lately. Kind of weird.

Not always a scam. I got one of these the other day and answered it for shits and giggles, turns out it was a job agency I'd signed up for and they were calling me to let me know of jobs in the area.

I had one text made me laugh

"Hi mum my phone is smashed , please contact me on whatsapp my new number is #### ####"(something along that line if I recall correctly)

I didn't have that app and my husband is very up to date with phones working for a bid telco so we are normally safe from tech issues. The kicker that made me laugh was, my only son is 6 months old.

Lest it made me smile.

I asked my bub where he got the phone, he looked at me confused at mummy's big words and smiled.

Lol. Scammers are something else aren't they. They do not do any effort and do research on how they are calling, (which is good) and call for the most weirdest and obvious reasons, like for me they call about car insurance, home insurance, or something around that. And I am younger so I don't have any of that lol. Plus the voice never changes but the name does

Indeed, dome are funny that are not bots you can mess with them and waste thier time.

One call I accidently said I love you as I was seeing my husband off before hung up. Let's hope I made that scamer's day.
