Cause whenever is raining or temps go below 10°C they refuse to go out, so we have jackets and sweaters.
The shirts came with time just for them to look cute, we dress them just on very special occasions lol

We get sweaters for our short hair dogs here in WI. Never seen a button up shirt for them.

We have a lady friend who does lots of clothes for pets. Dogs, cats, even rabbits.
