Back in the 80s my neighbors had a toyota corolla which was small and light. When we wanted to play basketball, four of us could lift and carry it out of the way.

Corollas from the 70's and 80's still weighed 2000 lbs. I am a fit adult construction and I cannot lift up 500 lbs. 4 of you would all have to be averaging that. I dp not believe this unless the engine was missing

When lifting with four people above the wheels, it wasn't that hard to lift a millimeter and move several feet and set. It was about timing the lift and distributing the weight. Sometimes we had five or six of us and one time as a joke we hid the car in the back yard.
