Oppo tends to make passion project tech that’s pretty cool at the time from a technical standpoint but barely support it afterwards and once they have their fun creating, never touch that type of device again or wait years to make a second attempt. If you know that going in, some of their stuff is nice

I have a pair of planer-magnetic headphones from them that they've discontinued. Great pair of headphones, and at the time they had the best price to performance ratio in their price range.

I have the same ones, they’re notable for being driven solely by typical 3.5mm jack power which made them compatible with everything. I don’t use them anymore but at the time they were nice

I don’t really use portable as much anymore. I switched to tube amp/dac and some beyerdynamic 600ohm
