Nah, I tried it but I prefer to use my computer monitor. My TV is basically just decoration at this point.

Nah, it usually messes with the UI, plus you'd be sitting further away so I dunno how much you actually benefit from it. If you're sitting in front of a 27" monitor you've basically got your screen covering every useful part of your visual field anyway. I see no benefit unless you want to sit on a couch with a controller, and I prefer keyboard + mouse.

i have two 28" monitors that i sit 2 feet from. or a 77" tv that i sit 10' from. but i wouldnt be able to read any text if i had my PC hooked up to my TV.

I understand in regards to gaming but if you're simply using the PC to surf the web and whatnot, there's always holding Ctrl and pressing + until you can read comfortably.
