In my opinion in terms of story, and quality of execution from what I’ve played i would say the witcher 3, the storyline, the attention to detail, the mechanics, everything feels amazing, the DLC were amazing too, which is rare for that type of game.

It's a wonderful game, but the gameplay could be a lot better.

Don't otherwise know which game does everything right however

True but with sone mods you can greatly improve the balance and mechanics, which make the game truly perfect.

Mods are awesome, but not an official part of the game
