I just need a handful more tips!! Although someone recommended a GREAT website that gives tips spoiler free. I'll go there instead in second thought😅

I played side missions before main story. This helped me gain weapons and skills that really made the main story cake. There is a point system. If the main story says you're at level 20.. And there are side missions open at levels below 20.. I would do them before continuing on the main story or quest. Just a personal choice but as I mentioned. Really helps you up your skills and combat abilities.

Does the game restrict how op you can become through the side quests??

Some side quests may be blocked until you reach a certain level or gain a special tool.

No restrictions for being OP. I will say though once I got the most powerful weapon in the game combat would get a little boring. They did a better job with that in the next game.
