I thought it was just me! It happens to me if I'm near a ledge and almost fall too.

I jump from a high distance in a game, say from the Predwyn (sp?) down to Boston Airport in a power armor, my stomach still drops out

All the time when there's no fall damage - even when there is lol the fear of heights is real lol

Nope, me too. 3D platform games give me constant anxiety when the level has bottomless pits.

Gets me too, especially in Sea of Thieves.

Rarely but it does happen from time to time. And to me it's not really the feeling of falling but more like the feeling of falling in a dream.. weird thing..
