Manifest a fireball, or a ray of disintegration. Hell, a lightsaber. Or ten grams of LSD into their mouth. Five pounds of lava on their shoes.
The animation is cool. But I find people in comic books use superpowers in dumb ways. Maybe it's just me.

I'd agree, superpowers are often used in dumb ways but I also believe that's because if you used them the "smart" way you have no story.

Not sure why you are downvoted. If you can manifest a sword couldn't you just manifest a force field, grow some giant boobs and hang out?
