Okay so I slowed it down and it only looks unnatural because the video includes the reverse. Just watch half the clip and it’s all normal.

I had this haircut once and yes it definitely does this if you turn too fast. The only unrealistic thing here is that it didn't poke him in the eye like it always did to me.
