You're capped at 256 kbps AAC-LC. iOS does not support anything other than SBC and AAC-LC

No, according to https://www.bowerswilkins.com/nl-nl/product/headphones/px7-s2 it is Bluetooth 5.2 met aptX™ Adaptive. So no AAC as it is not supported by the PX7 and no APTX as it is not supported by iOS hence SBC as the only common codec.

Android caps at LDAC 990kbps so it's the closest to lossless... But why are you buying a Bluetooth Device for lossless when you know Bluetooth doesn't have a lossless codec yet... Anyway you'd not notice the difference anyhow... Also why are you not using Apple Music on an Apple device when they have actually true lossless not the MQA scam that Tidal sells

No. Still 256 kbps over Bluetooth. Only Lightning to USB DAC where you can get lossless and Hi-Res depending on your DAC capability

Yes. Had been for almost two years now... And it's true 1411kbps lossless not whatever concoction MQA claims to be... And it's also cheaper
