due to very poor quality of the picture it is pretty hard what headphone is this. but after hours of processing and comparison, I think this is in ear monitor

Looks like a Custom 64 Audio IEM... It has the Alex modules preset in the image so I'd hazard that guess

Either 64 audio as other said, or fir audio m5. Since it has circle logo like thing.

Also you can't put headphone inside your ears.
