The people that I know who have tried them at a few events say that the driver array is good for metal and that’s about it.

It says on the tin :) So either the goal is reached or their opinion got informed by the marketing material. By the way the ad, they made is really sus in the way it exploits that musical-genre-type of elitism that metal heads get into.
