My boyfriend shattered his screen, he had his wallet out to pay for a replacement and they didn’t charge him and also gave him a whole new phone.

My old iPhone went in for a new battery, then went back for a new side button, and they ended up just giving me a new phone “because of my inconvenience”

IMO apple makes great products, but their customer service is what wins me every single time.
