Hi everyone,
Yesterday I was using my phone and then suddenly I heard a beep and it went black. I thought it was restarting so I didn't touch it. A couple minutes afterwards, I tried pressing the home button and nothing happened, the screen stayed black :/. I have been trying to restart it and charging it using different wires and everything to no avail. What happened to my phone? Is it dead? What should I do?

Have you tried a force restart? Press volume up then volume down and then hold the power button.

If the phone doesn’t turn on and it wasn’t backed up it’s too late now. If the logic board is damaged it’s gone. Only way your data will be there is if its something like the battery.

It maybe a issue with the battery , but also could be a motherboard issue :( , go to a trusted repair shop or apple to check it for you
