Lightning is spec’d to USB 2.0. I have a lightning multi port adapter and I think the fastest I got via Ethernet was 380Mb/s on an iPhone 13 Pro. This was on a 5GB fiber connection for my internet.

I usually get 330 on wired desktop and wifi. 1gb connection
