This happens to me every time I visit a specific spot in another city. My phones time goes back one hour and once I leave that area it foxes itself

Same. It did it at my old job for some reason. Whenever I was there it suddenly was off by an hour. It eventually fixed itself, but for a few months it was like that. It was just that little pocket at and around work.

Your date and time should be normal but as the other comment said you should check that setting
