On a replacement after the camera grinding so it isn’t leftover damage from that issue either. All the troubleshooting and diagnostics show “no issue” but I do get questioned about my MagSafe OtterBox case and if I’ve had it mounted to a motorcycle or bike (have not). In person I’ve talked to att store and apple authorized Best Buy who looked at the phone and then my blurry photos and are also confused. Best advice I got was from Att store to keep making contact with apple using the chat exclusively so you have a record. It is easy to do from the support app.
