Just close it as those pop up.

I've probably accidentally clicked on a million popups since popups first became a thing on the internet. No viruses or malware as a result. Just back out of/kill wherever it takes you to.

Close those pop ups, if you don’t want them, extensions like 1Blocker and AdGuard can block those redirects.

You really don’t need to do anything at all. I’d be more distrustful of the supposed protection apps.

The chances of a malware and viruses on iOS are extremely small.
