Don’t fret. This is the map of approved retailers in JC and likely to grow. There are four approved cannabis locations in downtown and three locations in the heights! The rest of JC gets one location per neighborhood.

Part of the problem is the zoning rules are strict and favor everything north of Montgomery. Once the SBA and lenders start lending more and stacking federal credits, you'll see a more even distribution.

Not for another six months or so. I think Blossom Dispensary was the first JC dispensary to go through the approval process and they're expecting to open this Fall.
