In Nevada there was a guy was wearing a Michael Meyers mask, brandishing a gun and threatening people. A police officer confronted him, the suspect went for the firearm in his waistband and he was shot dead. This happened within the last two weeks, so I think some people are a little apprehensive seeing grown adults hanging out in public places during the day wearing Halloween masks. Thankfully, this appears to just be someone trying to give people a good scare without brandishing anything weapon like, so thankfully it didn't end the same way it did in Nevada.
