He listed it for $5m back in 2019. That was a stupid amount of money then. $4m is still a stupid amount of money now.

Taking account the impact of inflation now, and missed potential revenue if he had sold back and invested the proceeds back in 2019, that 4 MM would be like if had sold for 3 MM back then. What a fool.

And yes, that's a stupid amount of money. It's a 16'x65' lot. I'm sure he tells the realtor- you just need to find the right buyer, lol!
