Thank you! I felt the rent there was slightly less than that in Paulus Hook and that was another reason I was concerned.

Paulus Hook is a closer to the PATH, quieter and feels more like a residential neighborhood because the buildings are smaller scale. Main difference in the rent. Both areas are perfectly safe, though.
