These signs are so confusing, I don't understand why they can't simplify them like in NYC.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but basically, 7pm Friday - 7am Monday, anyone can stand there without a permit and not get towed or ticketed?

Also, do they ever tow cars for these violations? I've never seen a single tow in the Paulus Hook area where I live.

I live in PH, I haven’t gotten towed but I’ve gotten booted for parking 22 mins passed my time
