Yes, but, honestly... not that much. At that age, what made our now three-years-old son happiest was to just hang out at home with his parents or interacting with abstract stuff. Heck, even a trip to the supermarket was a fun activity for him.

They do stuff. They’re just pretty unaware of what the hell is actually going on. The only places geared toward them are Gymboree and the like.
