If you’ve had it on all of these for more than a week or two and your responses are slim to none, your problem is probably your price, or maybe poor pictures. Try fixing one or both.

Consider Listings Project, too (they might charge a fee, but it's vetted & way more reliable than Craigslist or something).

Not sure if it's the "best" but you can try Hotpads, I've seen room rentals on there.
