This is actually a 2021 leaked revision of the Foster design and I don't think it looks great on the WTC site because of One WTC. However, I could imagine it looking great in JC. Here's what I imagine this building to consist of:

  • Floors 1-3: Shopping center
  • Floors 4-30: Offices
  • Floors 31-55: Hotel
  • Floors 56-90: Residential
  • Floors 91-92: Observatory

I think this would be great for JC as it could be a new shopping center, 26-story office building, 24-story hotel, and 34-story residential building all in one.
