That close you can hear the marching band practice in the summer and the crowds from The football stadium on Friday night. I’ll leave it up to you to decide if that’s a a pro or a con

I raised my kids on this block - they loved dancing to marching band practice. During crowded football games, we’d let our friends park in the driveway for beer or baked goods.
