That's way under 18/meal though I'll admit it's a bit of an up front cost to buy in bulk. I make this in a Ziploc bag and keep a few in my work desk for the busy days sans egg. Sometimes I like to make it spicy and toss in a little peanut butter. Definitely give that a try.
