As others have mentioned, home values are slightly less than surrounding communities (Wilmington for example, but Wilmington has better schools according to people who seem to know and is closer to Boston). I bet that means your home will gain even more value than surrounding towns over the next ten years. As people get priced out of towns like Wilmington, Reading etc., they will look to Tewksbury and that will drive up costs and the value of your house.
