The sad part is I can’t tell if you’re serious or not… .14 is pretty small! But it is Massachusetts near Boston…

I m in process of buying 2000sq ft house on 7700 sq ft land which is about .177 acres. It's a single family home with a backyard. I don't know what i would do with more land.

I bought a 1500 sq ft house on 18 acres of land. I like to just walk through my woods. we have about 1 acre that we actually use and can use due to it being "conservation wetlands".

Most lots where I am are .4-1 acre, so I guess I’m just not used to seeing smaller ones!

Yeah MA has a lot of small lots. Privacy is hard to have, even with your own backyard. That being said, my parents have giant plot of land. It's kinda sad how it just sits there without any usage. I never understood it. They just mow the lawn and never use it.

Yeah, cape and south coast tend to be larger than that. But I went on Zillow and it’s on par for Boston area which makes sense

0.14 acres = 6,098 sq ft. That is a good sized lot in proximity to a major city.
