NH has one network television station. Southern NH is considered part of the Boston media market, so you'll get NH ads on Boston stations.

As for why you don't get RI ads, it's because the Providence media market (which includes Fall River and New Bedford) is distinct. They have their own stations of all the networks, and RI ads focus on that market.
