Pioneer inst. is a right wing think tank. Keeping MCAS going costs millions. They are really good at wrapping progressive sounding research as a way to extract tax payer dollars to the private sector.

Plus I went to one of those top 10 scoring schools back in the day. If you weren't an honnors student you just learned how to take tests and effectively guess on multiple choice questions for half a year.
