Have you considered Methuen? I also work in Lynnfield and commute everyday via back roads and it takes me between 35-45 minutes.

Yeah I’ve been looking everywhere in the area, I’m looking for a two family so there is simply less availability which is why I was looking at this specific Lawrence property. Unfortunately I lost it yesterday though before I could get an offer in so the search continues.
