It’s literally not the same. It literally sounds like mad max on the roads.

Edit to add: I live in a state with no inspections.

As someone who has lived in 2 no inspection states, it is quite literally the same. The dangerous cars are always on the road. In MA they just pay sketchy garages to pass them.
